On move-in date: 1st and last month of rent + $500 deposit (deposit returned by the end of the contract, considering the conditions of the room).
House rules:
- Smoking outside only. No smoking or cooking in the room.
- One person per room only.
- No guests or visitors allowed overnight except family members occasionally.
- Not allowed to add stove/burner to cook in the room.
