Daley Center Drive

Currently live in a 3 bedroom in this complex and would like to stay. We’re moving in the last weekend of March or beginning of April. The complex is amazing with a nice pool, decent sized gym, business center, theater room open for all, and a lounge area with free coffee. The apartment has washer/dryer in the unit, a balcony, and most are updated with hardwood in common areas and carpet in the rooms. The apartment also comes with one parking spot (potentially a garage) and additional spots are $50/month for an uncovered spot, $75/month for a carport, and $100/month for a garage. With my last roommates we rented a $50 spot and rotated who parked there and paid for the month. Willing to do that with new roommate/s. We’d need to get two (or 3 if it was a couple). We’ll pay more for the master bedroom and the rent depends on which floor plan we want as a group. The deposit is $300 so we’d split that in half and everyone would be signing the lease. The complex is called Cambridge Park if you want to check out the floor plans and pricing. Looking for people who keep the public spaces really clean and are responsible and not loud often (occasional friends over for a small party okay). Ben is in the Navy and has one more year so the we’ll only do a year lease and then move back home from there. I work full time up in Rancho Bernardo. We both are really clean people and get along with pretty much anyone. We’ll have the occasional friends over for game night or some drinks but no big parties. Looking for someone similar to that.
