Newly remodeled state of art kitchen. I have a small GYM in my garage that has everything you would need including a large screen TV for You Tube workouts. The home has extensive security cameras. The home is located across from Valley Hi Country Club, a private golf club. Bathroom available will be shared. I do require a security deposit. I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING LESS THAN 12 MONTHS – NO SIX MONTH RENTALS.
