Two individuals will occupy the home and have two full baths, a living room, a main dining area, a kitchen, a laundry room, a backyard porch overlooking the river, and the passerby Cumberland tourist train and parking can be arranged. The room has a small hanging and shelf closet (not included in the space’s stated measurement). The home has security cameras and an alarm system, especially in the parking space.
