Hey there! Currently looking to rent out spare rooms (furnished or unfurnished available & private or shared restroom). Located right off the 215 & Tropicana, the house is in one of the nicest areas of Las Vegas. It’s extremely convenient to the Tropicana Beltway Shopping Center (less than 5 minutes), Chinatown (15 minutes), Downtown Summerlin (10 minutes), & the Durango Resort (5 minutes). Utilities are included in the pricing & the house comes equipped with wi-fi, in-unit washer/dryer, water softener, AC & heating. There’s a downstairs living area & an upstairs loft, an incredibly spacious backyard, & plenty of street parking available.
