Sarah's room

This is a private room in a 4 bedroom house, including private bathroom. There is a bed in the room that can be used if need be. You will have access to common areas including living room, dining room, backyard with a grill & furniture and kitchen. HOA does have a swimming pool for our community.

My significant other and I are looking to rent out two rooms in our 4 bedroom home. We are clean, organized and easy going people. Most important thing is that we find someone similar in living conditions.
