The townhouse is a 3B/2.5B. You will have your own bedroom and a shared bathroom. Common areas of the townhouse will be furnished, so you will only need to furnish your own room. There is a new washer dryer, refrigerator, washing machine, and Ring security in unit. 10 minute drive from NC State main campus 4 minute drive to NCSU CVM 15 minutes to downtown Raleigh.

Hi I’m Neda an incoming 3rd year vet student at NC State and I am looking for 2 housemates. Ideally would prefer female grad students, post-grad students, or young professionals. A little about me: I am 26 and I grew up in Los Angeles, California and I moved to Raleigh for veterinary school. I am more of a night owl and prefer to sleep in, but I am usually awake and out of the house for class most mornings. I take school seriously, but on the weekends I like to go out, spend time outdoors, go to live music events, and hangout with friends. I’m pretty social but I also value my alone time. I’m easy going as a roommate but cleanliness is the one thing I’m big on.
