About the room
Hi! I am planning on moving home for summer and looking for someone to sublet my room for June and July at The Leonard. You will have your own reserved parking space. It is a 3x3 where you will have your own bedroom, bathroom and space. I am discounting the price by taking over $100 off the current price I pay so I will pay the difference. There is a UNT bus shuttle stop right in front of the apartment which is extremely convenient especially if youre taking summer classes!
