Palm Valley Pavilions

This is a very nice three bedroom two full baths unattached apartment. The bedroom for rent is a medium size room with a nice large size bathroom with shower and tub. The room for rent has great lighting and a nice size closet. Can have access to the washer and dryer, which is in the unit. In this apartment unit the bedrooms are not next to each other so there are some distance between the bedroom, given us both a little bit more privacy. I’ve live here with my 4 legged 5 years old terrier for almost 2 years and we love the neighborhood! He’s a great dog and gets along with everyone! It’s a gated community with gates that work. Very quiet and clean. This community has a pool and Jacuzzi that is open 24 hours a day along with an outdoor grill. This is also a detached apartment, so no shared walls or anyone walking above your head. I plan on being here for another year so looking for someone to share the apartment with.

I am from Cali and I moved here to be closer to family. I work long hours sometimes I work from home. That’s why I have the other bedroom. I’m pretty laid. I will admit, I like things clean and neat.
