Shared house with four other professional women. We are looking for someone neat and respectful of the shared spaces. Housemates rotate cleaning duties weekly. NO drugs, NO pets, and NO smoking indoors.

This is a two-level and two-bathroom single-family older home located in a quiet part of Chevy Chase/Silver Spring. The bedroom is on the upper level, with lots of light, and there is shared full bathroom with two other women.

The location is ideal for a DC commuter, with easy access to the Silver Spring (1.5 miles) and Bethesda (2.5 miles) Metro stations (Red Line). It’s a 10-minute drive to NIH, J1 and J2 bus routes run nearby. There is 24/7 free street parking. Restaurants, a small grocery store, a gym, two parks and several bike trails are within walking distance.

Hi!! Our home is looking for another woman to come into our shared space. We have a nurse, a non-profit worker, an accountant, and a doctoral student. We love this house and area. The landlord is great. We have some nights where we might watch movies in the living room and other times we go out to eat. Our day-day is pretty different from one another’s and majority of the time we stay to ourselves. We would love to hear from you!
