Mystic Drive West

We have a tri-level home, about 2400 sqft. total. My wife, two young boys and I live in the upper two floors. We would share the laundry room on the ground floor with the tenant and we would need to pass through the downstairs living room to access it. The tenant would have completely private use of the bathroom, bedroom, and the downstairs kitchen (separate from the kitchen used by my family). It is basically an apartment, with shared use of the laundry room. We do not allow smoking or animals of any kind. Based on local ordinance the minimum rental period is 30 days. The utilities included are water and gas/electric. The tenant will have a separate exterior entrance.
