Good size room, furnished or unfurnished. In home washer/dryer. Gated parking if available, if not lots of street parking availbale. Private bathroom. I am the home owner. I live upstairs with my own bathroom. Open kitchen and living room. Electric appliances. Gated condominium community near Sac State. Property has community pool. Area is like any other, don’t leave valuables in your car. The one bill that is not included is electric.

I live alone with two cats. I work regular job Monday through Friday. A very small and nice dog would be okay(no cats). The community is generally pretty quiet at night. I don’t need a roommate but just have a room for rent for a person that I think might be a good fit. I ignore most people. Double message is automatic denial.
