About the room
Must be a student (CSU or front range or anywhere else) or you will be responsible for renting the whole unit. Located at The Cottages of Fort Collins not too far from Colorado State University and near old town Fort Collins. The amenities include a gym, pool, sauna, volleyball pit and more. It is walking distance from Walmart and Walgreens. There is a shuttle that takes you directly from The Cottages to CSU. Private room and bathroom, the only shared areas are the kitchen and living room. There is free parking, and covered parking available for an additional cost (I believe $50). Feel free to move in as soon as possible honestly.
