Hi! My name is Cynthia. I live in a two family home. I am subletting a private room with private entrance. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. I live with my boyfriend 18 year old son and 8 year old son. I am a stay at home mom. My boyfriend works full time in warehousing and my 18 year old is looking for employment. All utilities are included in the rent. I dont have cable or internet. The bathroom and kitchen are right next to the room so it’ll be pretty private. We spend most of the time in our rooms and living area. We dont have a living room to share. We do have access to the backyard. We cannot have pets here. We are looking for a mature, responsible, professional to rent the room. We are asking for $750 plus $400 deposit. The room has 3 small closets and 4 windows. Private entrance. All that you would have to pay is for your food and toiletries. You will have full access to the kitchen. That means you will be able to use the pots, dishes, cups, silverware if needed.
