Interested renters must contact for an application. The application will be used to run a credit and background check. Rent fully includes: water, sewer, internet. Tenant is responsible for 1/3 of houses electric bill, 1/3 of heat bill (oil). The lease term is 3 months. Though this term length can be adjusted for renters that require a longer or shorter lease term. First months rent and security deposit of $850 required before moving in.
