Furnished room for rent in a private home in a safe neighborhood. All utilities and internet included. Parking is available. No pets; owner has a dog. Use of shared living room, kitchen and laundry are available and renter is expected to pitch in to assist in keeping those areas clean. No overnight guests. Home is biking distance to the marine lab. Graduate students are preferred. No remote workers.

The owner is the only current resident but will be renting another room in the future. Renter must be neat and clean and willing to clean up after themselves. Owner is quiet, active and semi-retired.
