Looking for a new roommates in this spacious 4 bed room apartment right off lakeshore drive in Uptown. $450 + utilities (80- $120) per room in a very laidback & safe area.

Move in date will be June 1st . Please reach out to me with serious inquiries as time is limited. First months rent will be due June 1st.

we are 4/20 friendly, LGBTQ friendly, #BLM, and open to religious beliefs.

Apartment includes 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms which means bathrooms will be shared.

1 year lease minimum

pros: affordable, the most you pay for all utility expenses is around $60-70 Gas and Electricity (Heat and water are included in rent )so a maximum of roughly $550 a month for this nice apartment and area!

street parking, It can be a pain during street cleaning season but its handy once you get the hang of things. There is also garages near available to rent.

quiet, fairly quiet around here with friendly people

public transportation, walking distance from the red line and the bus stop is right outside the apartment

laundry is downstairs but not in unit

great location. Jewels, Walgreens, corner store, international markets, McDonalds, USPS, Target, Aldi ( basically all you need is within a 1 mile radius)

cons: No central air conditioning so a personal window AC and/or a fan will be required to keep cool

Thats honestly the worst I can think of regarding the price to pay.

The property is 15 minutes north of the loop. 35 minutes from the loop by train.
