Aida's room

Private room halfway down to the basement so it’s cool when hot outside and warm when cold outside. The room also has a door that locks with a key so it is really private. Shared bathroom with one other roommate and overall in the house there are 4 other women living in this property so it’s preferred that another woman takes over so the other roommates feel comfortable. The room can be available now until May 31st. Rent is $500 and utilities come out to about $50-$70. Please let me know if you have any questions
