West Boston Street

I am the only tenant at this time. I am looking for one other single male. You would have your own full bath (only shared by guests). The living room, dining area, and kitchen have a great view of Elliot Bay, Mt. Rainier, and downtown Seattle. It is a top floor apt. The third bedroom is currently used for storage for both tenants. Only utility is electric which varies due to use of heat in winter. The electric and internet (if we restart it) is divided in half. There is only one parking spot next to the building and my previous roommates and I have alternated monthly using the spot. Street parking is always available close to the apartment. The lease is currently month to month but the landlord would like new tenants to sign a one page month to month agreement and allow him to do a credit check. I have lived here for over six years and have really enjoyed the location and apartment building and neighbors.
