Airy, private room in a high-end home with newer carpeting, a walk-in closet, and a private, full bathroom with a tub and shower. The bedroom is fully furnished.

We will never raise your rent; yes, that will be in the lease.

If you have your own stuff- no worries- we can put our furniture in our basement.

There is a big window and a view of the front yard. Cable is included - we have most channels including Netflix and Hulu. All utilities are included in the rent, including high-speed internet/wifi. The shared space is newly renovated and spacious, with high ceilings and comfortable modern furniture. There will be plenty of refrigerator and pantry space for the renter. You are also welcome to enjoy the upper deck and the lower patio. We have a grand vista view of open space where cows, deer, and elk graze regularly. The backyard is large and lush, fully landscaped with a pavers patio with Adirondack chairs, a large fountain, 15 trees, and numerous shrubs and flowers (seasonal).

This is a high-end ranch-style home located in a beautiful part of Crystal Valley, Castle Rock. Great location—just 5 miles from downtown Castle Rock… grocery shopping, public transportation, and restaurants. The shared space is on the main floor.

We are seeking a clean, quiet, working professional. We have 2 dogs- a golden retriever and a golden/lab mix- so you must love dogs.

My husband, Mark is a science fiction writer and I’m an editor/formatter. We like to hike, paddleboard, hang with our dogs, and watch movies in our downstairs media room. We are middle-of-the-road on sensitive topics and are no-drama. We are looking to find a like-minded person, whether they be young or older, female or male. We value our privacy and hope this person will value ours.

This room is for ONE adult person. Ideally, we are looking for a tenant who is comfortable signing a long-term lease.
