I want to sublet my room of a 2b2b apartment from June 1st till the beginning of August. I live in a really nice complex in Tempe (Washington Street). Close to bus stops and rail, ASU, Phoenix Zoo. We have pools, gym! The room has an own bathroom and balcony! 1 month’s deposit, which will be deducted from the first month (just to make sure no one disappears😁🤭) 950$+utilities I am looking for a clean, reliable person!
