About the room
I have two rooms available to rent upstairs in a 2 story, 4 bedroom home. The rooms are simple. Both have a bed , nightstand, a table, chairs, a storage closet. One has a wooden stand with shelves.
My home is located in a forest , you can walk/jog on sidewalks and trails around it.
My house is located near UNIVERSITY - HARRISBURG- has quick access to highway 5 min to I 485 , and I 85 .
About the roomies
There will be one person living on the property. My house is accessible to several shopping stores ( food lion, HT, walmart, aldi) and parks around. Guest may stay long term preferably 6 months , at least , no criminal record, good credit score, recommendations /proof of income .
