About me : I live in South Carolina. This is a two bedroom-condo and I keep an access to one bedroom. You (the renter) will have the place to yourself most of the time as I will be coming back at the most only a couple of days a month to visit with friends.
I am a French teacher (I am also French), but I live most of the time in South Carolina to be near my partner. I come back to the condo no more than once a month for a couple of days to visit with friends, sometimes even every two or three months. Therefore, the tenant will have the place mostly to him/herself most of the time.
