Eddie's room

This is a single large family house with five bedrooms. This room will be located on the first floor right next to the bathroom. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry, pool and garage for storage less than a mile away from the Grove shopping center at Winter Garden, quick and easy access to state Route 429. Walking distance to the Publix, shopping center. Room will be furnished with a closet, full-size bed and the TV if needed. Access to the Internet is provided. Utilities is already included in the monthly rental fee.

Family of 5 plus 3 dogs. We all do our part to keep the house clean, we respect everyone’s privacy and all we ask for everyone is to respect others property.
