The apartment is at the end of a dead end so it is very quiet. Second floor. 2 Bedroom 2 Bath. Washer and Dryer in apartment. Backdoor balcony. 3 closets in the living areas. Friendly neighbors who have all lived here for years. 1 Car Garage and 1 parking space, plus visitor parking. Great location, near downtown but away from the chaos, but close enough to get most places in town within 5 to 10 mins.
Currently it’s just me living here, I am currently working Fri - Mon during the day. I am quiet and to myself. Practicing minimalist which means almost the whole living space is empty since most of my stuff fits right in my room. I am a massage therapist and currently use the spare room as a massage room but will be switching it to my room or taking my table to my clients houses.
