This house has two beautiful lakefront bedrooms for rent. Master bedroom is 1,200$ and the regular bedroom is 900$.
The Master bedroom has balcony attached looks down to the beautiful lake with a lot of water birds, ducks and geese.
This house is just 3 miles away from University of the Pacific (UOP).
This property is located inside a gated community of Brookside neighborhood (the safest, cleanest and friendliest area of Stockton).
The house is fully furnished with comfortably expensive beds, mattresses and furniture.
The kitchen is fully stocked with silverwares, glasses, bowls, dishes, cooking pans and pots.

The owner will cover utilities, internet, toilet papers, napkins and detergent. There are also parking available for renters.

Notes: tenants has full access to the kitchen, dinning room, living room and backyard. if you know how to swim you can also have access to the lake for kayak, pedal boat and fishing.

About the roomies

The house has 3 renters (3 female students from UOP). I am looking for the 2 more renters to rent the master bedroom and the regular room. Owners do not live onsite, only come in on weekends or sometimes weekdays if needed.
