Beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees. The room is a nice size and is furnished with nice furniture. Must be respectful and clean and have a job outside the home. House has fireplace and nice large patio. Lots of birds and occasional squirrels to watch

There is one lady renting out another bedroom who is kind and clean. I am also a kind person and the owner of the home and I believe open communication is important to meet each other’s needs. The atmosphere is quiet and happy and a peaceful place to live!
