Private furnished room in a quiet neighborhood. Large backyard. 2.5 baths, washer and dryer on site. 2 rooms available $750 for larger furnished room on the 2nd floor which is occupied by another female. $650 for smaller furnished room which is located on the 1st Floor.

Utilities included as long as nothing is excessive.

Smoking Outside Only. No Pets. We already have a cat on the premises.

I am very clean and expect my future roommates to clean up after themselves as well.

I’m looking for a trustworthy, responsible and respectful person. I do not allow smoking inside the house.
