The apartment itself comes with a full kitchen + dishwasher and the furniture that is staying/owned by the current roomate that is not moving out is the couch, coffee table, rug, pantry and most of the cooking supplies alongside other amenities. Lots of free storage and also an open private parking space if you own a car.

Electricity and wifi bill will be split down the middle and shared! (Both are under my name and the pay dates will be established)

Must be okay with cats! I have a one year old cat named Beebo who is my ESA cat but she is extremely friendly and I am completely alright with a second cat being brought as long as you have the paperwork done.
