One room for rent in 3 bedroom condo in Irvine right next to Irvine Valley College. UCI is a 10 minute drive down the road.

Rent would be $1200/month with utilities included. Security Despoit of $1200 required

I am a man, and my other current room mate is a trans man. Looking for LGBTQ+ (or ally) room mate.

Renting the third bedroom. 10ft x 10ft with double sided sliding closet doors.

You would be sharing a detached bathroom with my room mate. Bathroom has bathtub with shower head, spacious counter top and storage space, one sink, and toilet.

House has a washer and dryer in it. Air conditioning and heating.

420 friendly, but any smoking must be done outside. Spacious backyard space

Room mate has a special needs cat, so only caged pets allowed (guine pigs, reptiles, fish, etc)

Plenty of available parking anytime of day.

I work from home 3 days a week, and my office is setup in my room.

Room mate gets up at 4am for work. He is quiet and very considerate when leaving for work, but we must also respect noise levels as he goes to bed early.
