You will have access to all shared areas including the library, kitchen, laundry room, hobby room w/pool table and living room. No overnight visitors allowed. Visitors may not use shared areas. No visitors during quiet hours 9PM - 9AM. No children, couples or room sharing allowed. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Vaping is okay. Rent may be reduced if you’re interested in employment as a house and grounds keeper.

This is my family home. I am clean and quiet unless we are playing cards, playing games, shooting pool or watching a good movie as a family on weekends. During the week, you will barely know I am home. I work from home and do not travel much. I also have a toy poodle who is very quiet, as well, and does not shed - perfect for people prone to pet dander allergies.
