$650/Month History Mount Vernon Apartment right by the George Washington Monument and parks! Looking for a roommate in college or around that age, preferably a woman (also open to non-binary), to live with my roommate Renée and I! We have a cat named George, she is a tortoise shell and very loving. We are looking for a roommate AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! In the next 2 weeks. Please message me with questions! I will be adding more images! You would have a decent sized room, (pictured) and on top of that a walk-in closet!! The building has built in heating, laundry services on the first floor, a lobby and locking door for safety, a rooftop pool and gym two minutes away. We also have a parking garage! We have a large expansive apartment which has historic character, many windows, natural light in mornings and evenings, brass fixtures, beautiful details. We have one bathroom with a spacious claw foot tub and big window, a long kitchen with all appliances, a really large living room, working TV, and everything is furnished. This is also a 10 minute walk to the MICA campus, and less than a 5 minute walk to the Peabody campus.
