Move in anytime in May
Current roommates are 32 and 29 year old guys. We work full time (run a local business together) so we are busy and out of the house most of the day. Clean, friendly & respectful
The room for rent is a very spacious master bedroom with its own connected full bathroom - 2 sinks, shower, toilet. Nice backyard, garage, and we already have all appliances - fridge, washer dryer and dishwasher. There is also a home office which could be yours for an additional $$.
We would like to find someone late 20’s - mid 30’s who is also easy to get along with, has full time employment, and is a respectful roommate.
Rob rides dirtbikes & surfs, I ride mountain bikes, we both ski/snowboard. Not a party house but have friends over for football Sundays once in a while, etc and you’d be more than welcome to do the same.

Utilities are all already set up and water/gas/electric/internet usually comes out to about $120 per person
Can discuss renting one of the smaller rooms with shared bathroom for less $$ if preferred, but ideally we are looking to fill the master.
