Nicky's room

The house is in a safe neighborhood. The house is also large. It has a backyard covered patio and lots of storage. We can provide a twin bed if requested no extra charge. We have washer/dryer available for use. Utilities all paid. This is a location that is close to the freeway (far enough not to hear the traffic) and also close to many stores and the Tulare outlet malls. There is a ceiling fan, central air, and heat all included.

We are a laid back bunch who are 4/20 friendly and alcohol friendly. One roommate does have a child who’s 4. All roommates attend college so we’re cool with college students as well. We want someone who isn’t afraid to become part of the family and who will respect everyone’s space. They must be LGBTQ friendly. No dealers please. No pets please.
