Tricia's room

The bedroom being rented is located in an upstairs 2-bedroom, 2 full bath unit in a quiet area of the apartment complex with a view of trees in a park-like setting. The room for rent is 9 x 10 1/2 ft. with a full closet and good sized private bathroom directly across the hall. There is a livingroom, kitchen, and small dining area. The complex has an outdoor pool, gas BBQ, hot tub, laundry mat, and a workout room. The deposit amount varies depending on your credit.

I am easy going with an upbeat attitude. My normal schedule keeps me on the go with my job, church activities and gym workouts. Although I am very social, I prefer the evenings when I’m home to be somewhat low key. I often work weekends and my hours can vary, but my typical work day is 9 - 6 and I’m out several evenings a week. I will occassionally work from home. I’m very health conscience and physically active, don’t smoke or use drugs. The ideal female room mate would be courteous, like a clean house, and share similar Christian values.
