Room is available may 1st! Whole apartment is 1000 sq. feet and each bedroom is the same size. Very spacious. Room has a walk in closet and its own bathroom! The room is across the apartment from mine so lots of privacy. The apartment complex is very forest-like and green. They have a sauna, summer long pool and year long hot tub. Rent is $989 only bills are wifi $22, light around $100 and renters $8

The only ones living here is me, Priscila and my kitty Onyx. I’m very clean, creative and I love to cook for the household with mexican dishes, pastas or random recipes i find online. I’m 20, turning 21 in May. I’m a caregiver who does music production on the side. Onyx is a 5 year old very sweet rag doll mix who loves cuddles and belly rubs.
