Hi, Iβm a grad student at WSU looking for a roommate to split the rent on this 2bed/1bath apartment. Itβs really close to downtown and maybe a 20-minute walk to the middle of campus. Aside from splitting the rent (1075$/month), electricity seemed to range from 10-20$/month for this place over the last year according to Avista and weβd need to get internet. I plan on taking the bigger room, so Iβm open to negotiating how we split the rent. Another thing to note is I do have two cats, one of which is particularly cuddly and demanding for pets from time to time. If youβre interested in rooming together, shoot me a message!
