This is a lease take over opportunity in a 4 bed, 2 bath house in a super nice, family friendly neighborhood on Ten Mile. The bathroom is shared but the other roommate is very clean, and it’s honestly like having a private bathroom because he’s not around hardly ever. Amenities include wifi, washer and dryer, kitchen stuff like silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and plates/cups/bowls etc. are all provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. It’s a really nice, quiet neighborhood, with a walking path that takes you to a big park. No other pets are allowed, unfortunately. Utilities run approximately $100/month. Sometimes a little more sometimes a little less just depending on usage.
The owner of the house is a woman, 26. She’s super sweet and fun and easy to live with. The other roommate is in his early 30s. He’s very quiet and respectful. He’s hardly ever around, so it’s almost like it’s only the two of us girls living there. It’s a takeover of my lease, which ends 9/30/24 with the option to renew. I am only wanting to move out so I can get closer to work.
