Large 11X17 room with walk in closet and window nook in a 4BR/1BA fully furnished 2-story apartment shared with yours truly and my 3 cats. The room can come furnished with full size mattress & bed frame, all bedding, 2 nightstands with two lamps, and a wall mounted 65“ television. Unfurnished available upon request!

Location is chef’s kiss in downtown LBC with hella shops, restaurants, gyms, and yoga/HIIT studios at your leisure. Quick access to 710 freeway!

The apartment was fully renovated in 2021 and I am the first tenant to live here since remodeling. Apartment is the entire second floor of a 4-unit complex with neighbors below (all very friendly, long term residents). Shared gated entryway and my front door opens to the foyer with single flight of stairs leading up the apartment. Cozy modern boho aesthetic decorated with love. Hip wall art and skateboards adorn the hallways.

Roomie will have access to shared spaces, such as the living room, kitchen, shared bathroom with rainfall shower, and spare room (will be a guest room/small home gym). Living room has a 75“ flat screen tv with sound bar and streaming services, window nook for reading, and a large L-shape couch. Kitchen has a quaint eating area and stainless steel appliances: fridge, gas stove with oven, air fryer, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee maker. Spacious decorated bathroom with rainfall shower and bathtub.

Street parking only, but there are private lots nearby where you can pay for monthly parking. No washer/dryer in unit, but access to laundry room in the connecting building ($2-3 per wash load) or the laundromat literally across the street ($7 per large wash load).

Rent is $1500/month plus $1000 security deposit due on the 1st of the month and includes all utilities (internet, gas, electricity, garbage, water). Month to month with 30-day notice when moving out.

Single career girly in her mid-30s. I work hybrid at home and in office 3x a week for a skateboarding company. I’m local on weekdays and out of town most weekends exploring the outdoors.
