Looking for a roommate in a large double room master suite for a year long lease starting 7/1/2024!

The house is located on 9th and Garfield (near Trader Joe’s) and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a big kitchen, a living room, a large extra room (where we store all our gear :)), a two car garage, central A/C & heating, a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and a gas stove. The available bedroom is a master suite with attached bathroom, perfect for someone who needs a study room or works from home. The backyard is also large enough to host several garden beds, outdoor furniture, and a small firepit.

Monthly Rent: $1200 Utilities: Variable ~$80 Parking: Plenty on the street, two parking spots in the driveway.

We are a group of three young professionals and graduate students in our mid-twenties who love to spend time outdoors gardening, hiking, climbing, running, etc. We are one M/F couple and one F. We don’t like to party, but we do enjoy occasional get-togethers. We are looking for another young professional or graduate student, who is interested in a one year lease. We are looking for someone who keeps a relatively clean household, but if a spotless house is a priority, this might not be the best fit.
