About the room
This is a sublet for 3 months that could potentially turn into another room opening in the fall. The rent is low due to being based on in return taking care of my cats while away. (No litter box), just feeding making sure they are safe and accounted for. If my other tenant moves out the rent would be double this cost when I return home from the summer.
About the roomies
I. Female professional renter has been with me for a few years. Leave early and come home late, not always home on weekends. 2. Professional male renter who works out of home 5 days a week. This renter has been with me for 4 years. Not home at all on weekends.
