Quiet condo, roommate would have their own downstairs bedroom & bathroom. Shared living room/dining room/kitchen/parking space & across from River park. Females only. I have fully furnished everything besides the downstairs bedroom/bathroom. I purchased the fridge, as the condo did not come with one, so we can arrange payment split on it. Due to property management rules, no pets are allowed. Open communication about bills & lifestyle must be discussed. I have my child half the time, so quiet time after 8:30 is a must when they’re here.
