It’s a small cottage with one small room available, but lots of closet space. TV, Futon, chest of drawers, etc. It’s very private though downtown is 1 block away. We’ve dogs and no visitors.
About the roomies
I’m well educated, but slightly disabled from BP DWH oil spill, looking to mitigate expenses. A student would be a great fit, as it’s quiet, well besides music. Kinda like the serene.
