Small room with one small closet. master bathroom is shared with all roommates. Everyone takes turns cleaning the bathroom. All bedrooms and master bathroom are all on 2nd floor. Kitchen and dining area are shared. Living room is off limits. No pets, no smokers, no couples. Master bathroom is shared. Street parking available. Near 227th street and 130th Ave in Laurelton. 10-15 mins car ride to JFK. Public transportation, Q5 bus is about a 10-12 min walk. Q77 is also about at 10-12 min walk. Laurelton LIRR is about a 5 min drive. Please be neat and clean. Clean your dishes after cooking and put plates away. Shared Fridge. No late cooking.

We like cleanliness, peace and quietness. Only females on premise. We all keep to ourselves.
