Sandy's room

This is a beautiful four-bedroom house, all hardwood floors and tall ceilings. In an upscale neighborhood, huge swimming pool, and a hot tub in the backyard. Looks like a tropical paradise with fire pit, barbecue and bar shared living room, kitchen and family room, laid-back and chill owners. All utilities are included. Keep in mind that utilities are pretty high because of the pool and spa. The garage is a playroom with a pool table and a basketball game. Laundry next to the bedroom I have two rooms for rent next to each other. Each one is 1200.

I am a working professional, and so is my fiancé who lives here and my son is a 23-year-old who stays in his room most the time and also goes to a day program for his special needs. We are very relaxed chill people we like to swim and listen to music in the backyard on the nice weekends.
