Working female professional preferred- although will consider others. I am a female sales executive who works from home 3/5 days per week. Love being active, etc. I don’t have pets but i do love animals. I would be okay with a potty trained, low shedding dog or a low-shedding cat. When I meet the right roommate, I may be interested in getting a kitty if my new roommate is not allergic.

You must be clean/uncluttered & put dishes in dishwasher/wipe down counters in common spaces. Currently a maid comes 2x per month & we’d split those costs.
