Skylar's room

(Still available as of 4/23/24) There is a big front yard, a big back yard with a grill and patio where I throw BBQs sometimes. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a washer and dryer. The house is owned by my friend who is in the Navy and takes great care of it/anything I need. I’m looking for someone to move in in May who is a women, clean (this is huge because I don’t want a smelly gross house:), and employed. Rent is $600 a month and we split utilities. The location is close to the north mall, Ulta and Trader Joes. I’m not home all the time so there is time for privacy. The house is fully furnished and has storage underneath in the basement if needed. The bedroom can come furnished with the bed as seen in the photos (which is brand new, with an also brand new mattress topper) or I can put it downstairs in storage if you have your own.
