11th Street

HI! I am looking for someone to rent my room on the hill in Boulder for the summer! It is a single family home on 11th street and college and has a total of 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home is extremely spacious and includes a basement/laundry room for storage. There is also a front porch, backyard, and detached garage with parking available. The room is located on the second floor of the home and has two large windows and a walk in closet. The home was recently refinished including hardwood floors, new appliances, granite countertops, and a fireplace.

My four other roommates will not be living here this summer and are currently looking for summer sublets so we do not know how many people will be in the house over the summer yet.
