Breckenridge is a great area that comes with the following amenities: Scenic Lake Sand Volleyball Court 24-Hour Emergency Maintenance Picnic and Grilling Areas OnSite Management All Inclusive Living Packages Pet Friendly Leash-Free Dog Park Multi-Media Room Complimentary Coffee Bar. There is a one time pet fee that ranges from $300-$400 and the monthly fee will be around $30-$40. However, we do not currently have any pets at the apartment.

The two of us currently spend most of our time working. We are both planning on going back to school so preparation for that keeps up fairly busy. We keep shared spaces tidy and communicate well regarding company and apartment needs.
