Private bed and bathroom in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Leucadia! The room has a spacious closet and the bathroom is just across the hall. There is off-street parking (designated spot and garage spot for storage or parking). Laundry onsite. Water included in rent so only utilities are electricity and Wifi! The apartment was newly renovated when I moved in with new appliances and hardwood floors (except for bedrooms).

I am a 31 year old woman working in the Biotech Industry! I work fulltime outside the apartment M-F. I have a 4 year old rescue pup that is the sweetest and most cuddly boy and LOVES people. No other pets please! I am laid back at home during the week and like to keep common spaces tidy and clean. I enjoy being outdoors in my spare time, walking the pup, hanging at the beach, hiking, camping, etc. I am looking for someone easy-going, clean, but do not necessarily need to be best friends! I don’t drink or party too much so looking for someone with similar energy that doesn’t bring the party home. Girl’s nights/dinner parties are of course more than welcome!!
